Kougaku Racing was started with the philosophy that good parts can be had for good prices. We were sick of seeing poorly designed parts for
performance cars. We decided to open up a shop that engineered all parts made, so they worked as they should, and worked as well as they
possibly can. All of our parts made here at Kougaku are actually engineered to work. Unlike many other brands that make a part and say "that should
work", we make parts "that will work".
We also wanted to open up a shop that is number one in customer service. Too many times have we experienced the "I'll call you back" from a shop, and never to be heard from. We want to give the customer a reason to come back to us, and not just for the prices or good products. We want to
update the customer on a regular basis. Whether it be a product on backorder, a problem with shipping, or a car that we are working on, we will
update the customer on a regular basis and do our best to make our customers satisfied.
